Perfect location for hiking, with easy walking access to the river path and suspension bridge. Clean, simple room with a breakfast offering of yogurt, fruit, and waffles, ideal for pre-hike fuel.

Overpriced for standard amenities, which may reflect the affluent area. Bed quality was a sticking point, with many guests voicing discomfort, considering the mattresses was like springs. Some experienced frustrating reservation issues, often leading to last-minute changes with little recourse or alternative solutions offered.

Rooms were good looking and well-equipped, well done!

The location was perfect and the room was clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed my really good stay during the holidays. Brand-new and large room with a separate bedroom was enjoyable. The staff were thoughtful day and night. Location: the hotel was right by the Frying Pan river and Carbondale and the restaurants and shops on the main street. It was close to Blt & Taqueria, where you can have dinner.

My key was in the mailbox, but they charged me $250 for a dog I didn't have.

The room is neat, comes with the bathroom and an oven, for instance. 30 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the center of the old town.

Loved the large room with a kitchenette! The heated bathroom features were quirky but fun. Only downside? The late check-in process had us a bit stressed, but the stay was overall super comfy and convenient. Would come back for sure!

The real deal or a total steal?

Spacious dual rooms with excellent kitchenette facilities made our family adventure seamless. The location right downtown brought us close to good restaurants and shops.

Dated furniture and limited breakfast options detracted from our overall experience, leaving us wanting more comfort .

The kids loved the easy access to fun biking trails, and the room was spacious enough for our family of four to feel comfortable.

In my wife's opinion, the late check-in process could use some improvement.

The place is fairly clean, with excellent staff, nice-looking and well-equipped rooms, an unbeatable setting close to bars and restaurants, and a good restaurant on-site.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town, which was lovely. My room had been newly renovated. the staff were really friendly and helpful with local tips. 😊
